The Studio grants the Artist the right to perform tattooing services within the Studio, and the Artist accepts this right.
The Artist agrees to perform the following tasks:
1. Tattoo design and application
2. Client consultations
3. Maintenance and cleanliness of the workspace
The Studio will collect all payments from clients directly. Artists are not permitted to accept payment from clients under any circumstances.
All client payments must be processed through the Studio.
Operating Hours
・ 12 PM ~ 8 PM / Monday off
・ The Studio’s operating hours can be flexible regarding days and times.
*If the Artist needs to work beyond regular hours, prior notice must be given to the Studio.
The Studio will provide the supply agreed for tattooing, except for needles/cartridges, machines, color ink, and power supplies.
If the Artist requires any special equipment or supplies beyond these, they must obtain approval from the Studio in advance.
For any artworks or tattoos executed at THE GOOD CAT SCRATCH Studio, the guest artist must tag the studio's social media account (@thegoodcatscratch) when posting on their own social media platforms.
The Artist must not disclose any confidential terms related to the Studio or the contents of this agreement to any third party.
The Artist is strongly recommended to obtain personal liability insurance to cover any potential damages or injuries that may occur during the guest work period.
The Studio does not take any responsibility for injuries or damages caused by the Artist's actions. If there is any damages in the Studio, the Artist has to cover the cost.The Studio will not take responsibilities for visa issues.
The Artist agrees to comply with all Studio policies and guidelines, including those related to hygiene, safety, and client interaction.
Either party may terminate this agreement by providing written notice at least 7 days in advance. In the event of termination, the Artist will be paid for any work completed up to the date of termination.
